Breakin' news: According to our sources, the local government has signed a contract with the LUCA Group. The LUCA group is local business, best known for their shady esoteric services. Mayor Margaret was very concerned about the unusually warm winter season. The government had ambitious plans to improve winter tourism in the region. While a thriving winter sports centre would be beneficial for the village, the legality of the contract is questionable.
According to the public procurement act, such use of common purpose weather magic services would require competitive tendering.
